Welcome to Howell and Heal! My services offer a unique combination of physical, energetic, emotional, and creative healing. My goal is to create experiences which serve each individual or group in an authentic and intuitive way. I combine the practices of yoga, somatic writing, Yoga Nidra, meditation, intuitive reading, and creative expression.
